KNOWN ISSUE: Wisescript executable cannot be digitally signed

Problem
Right-click on Wisescript .exe and select Properties. The digital signature tab does not appear.
Steps to reproduce:
- Launch Wisescript Package Editor and create a .wse.
- Go to the Digital Signature Page in Installation Expert.
- Use either option:
- Add a digital signature externally
- Add a digital signature
Results are that your .exe cannot be digitally signed in either scenario.

Cause
Unknown.
Solution
Workaround: A hotfix for this issue has been created. You can download it (WPS_7.0_SP3_HF43472.zip) below.
