KNOWN ISSUE: CA Enterprise 8.1 Antivirus causing files to leak to file system

Problem
Virtualized files leak into the file system when a scan is performed by CA Enterprise 8.1 AV.
- Activate a layer
- Scan the directories created after activation
- Deactivate the layer, and notice the files remain on the file system
Solution
CA process InoTask.exe will be added to the ignore list.
