Installing

Download and run the hotfixAltiris_ITAnalyticsSEPPack_6_1_KB44663.exe attached to this KB on the Notification Server.

SQL Collations
Data Source View definitions previously assumed that the Altiris and Symantec Endpoint Protection databases had the same SQL collation. If the Altiris database is configured to use a Case Sensitive collation and Symantec Endpoint Protection is configured to use a Case Insensitive collation, an error occurred when views were created within the Altiris database during the installation of cubes. This error occurred because some objects in the view would be imported with different default collations. For example, Altiris objects with Case Sensitive collation and SEP objects with Case Insensitve collation caused a collation mismatch error. This issue has been resolved.		 Not applicable
