Problem

Within the Altiris Console accessing right-click options for Recovery Solution Tasks on a client resource and selecting the Create FSR Image wizard, you may receive one of the following error messages:

1. This computer has no Full System Snapshots stored on the server
2. No Recovery Solution Server found you will not be able to create an FSR image

Environment

Recovery Solution 6.2.2760 SP2

Cause

Enable Active X controls and have sufficient security settings to allow Active X controls

Solution

Within Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Security menu select the correct security profile and enable all of the Active X controls
