Problem
Application Monitor policies that include application definition data in the 'Command Line' field do not properly send summary data or start events.
- Summary Data will not be sent for the offending policy.
- Start Event Data will be sent for the policy, regardless of the criteria specified in the 'Command Line' field.

Solution
This issue has been resolved in a hotfix .dll available for the Application Metering Sub-Agent. Please refer to KB Article 48204 to download the replacement file.
