Problem

Application Monitor policies that include application definition data in the 'Command Line' field do not properly send summary data or start events.

Summary Data will not be sent for the offending policy.
Start Event Data will be sent for the policy, regardless of the criteria specified in the 'Command Line' field.

Solution

This issue has been resolved in a hotfix .dll available for the Application Metering Sub-Agent. Please refer to KB Article 48204 to download the replacement file.
