License Descriptor Maximum Usage and Inactive Application Users reports require manual update when using Oracle database

Problem



These reports return a “no data available” message.


Environment



Workspace Streaming 6.1 using an Oracle database.


Cause



These reports require a manual update to complete successfully.


Solution



To update these reports:

  1. Download the attached LicenseDescriptorMaxUsageReport.xml and InactiveApplicationUsersReport.xml to the server hosting the Streamlet Engine.
  2. Copy these files to the StreamingServer\streamletEngine\dci\reports\def folder.
  3. Restart the AWEStreamletEngine service.
