Problem
After upgrade of Recovery Server to Recovery Solution 6.2.2801 (SP3), the following message appears when starting the Full System Recovery (FSR) Wizard.

The workaround is to set the security "Download unsigned ActiveX Controls" to enable or prompt:

Environment
Recovery Solution 6.2.2801 (SP3)
Cause
Recovery Solution 6.2.2801 (SP3) was a build with digitally signed CABs (do right-click -> Properties -> Digital Signatures tab for both mmc.cab and mmcmfc.cab files). However, digital certificate itself was valid until 01/13/2009.
Files with expired digital signatures and certificates are treated as unsigned in Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Solution
CABs with new Symantec signature (valid until 11/25/2010) are issued to resolve this issue.
- The MMC.CAB and MMCMFC.CAB should be replaced at the %Program Files%\Altiris\Recovery Solution\Console\Tools folder of the Notification Server.
- On a computer where you the Full System Recovery (FSR) Wizard was already launched, find \Windows\Downloaded Program Files folder and delete the DRWizard.exe there and then launch the FSR Wizard again.
NOTE: When Full System Recovery (FSR) Wizard on a computer for the first time, then \Windows\Downloaded Program Files folder will be empty.
