KNOWN ISSUE: MSI with external cabs only writes out 65,535 files to the cab file

Problem
When creating a large .MSI that has more than 65,535 files in it, we are only able to get 65,535 files written out to the external cab files.
Environment
Wise Package Studio 7 SP2
Wise Package Studio 7 SP3
Solution
Workaround:
Use makecab.exe to create cab file and add that corresponding information to the .MSI
