Known Issue: “The data could not be loaded” error in the Fields tab of the report Query Builder

Issue



When you are using the Query Builder to create or modify a report, if you click Apply at any time, some of the functionality of the Fields tab is disabled.

When you attempt to add any new fields, or edit an existing field, the following error message appears:

“The data could not be loaded”.


Environment



Symantec Management Platform 7.0 SP1 and SP2.

Solution



To restore the full functionality of the Fields tab, you need to click Save Changes to save the report, and then click Edit to return to editing mode.
