When you create a new resource report using the Query Builder, and then run the report to display the results, right-clicking on an item in the results grid sometimes fails to load the context menu.
This occurs if you did not open the Drilldowns tab at any time when creating and configuring the new report.
Symantec Management Platform 7.0 SP2
The context menu drilldown configuration is not loaded before saving the report, so no context menu is available when the report is run.
To resolve this issue, you need to re-edit the report to enable the context menu.
In the Query Builder, open the Drilldowns tab, explicitly select the ShowContextMenu drilldown item, and then click Save Changes to save the report.
Once you have done this, the context menu is available for all items in the report results.
