Recovery Solution Agent crashes during FSR information collection stage due to software incompatibility with AKSFRIDGE.SYS (Aladdin eSafe solutions)
Download attached self-extractable archive which includes Data1.cab for 32bit client.
Extract and place Data1.cab to default package location "C:\Program Files\Altiris\Notification Server\NSCap\bin\Win32\X86\Recovery Agent Package".
Use RS Reinstall policy to deliver new fix to existing clients.
