KNOWN ISSUE: IT Analytics Reports only accept dates in US format

Problem
Reports containing date parameters fail. The forms accept dates in Australian (or non-US) format dd/mm/yy however the report fails and throws the error:
An error has occurred during report processing. (rsProcessingAborted)
Query execution failed for data set 'PackageServerAvailabilityMonthly'. (rsErrorExecutingCommand)
Execution of the managed stored procedure DateValue failed with the following error: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.Conversion from string "6/22/2008" to type 'Date' is not valid.
Reports identified to incur this issue are:
- Package Server Availability Daily
- Package Server Availability Monthly
- Advertisement Execution Event Summary

Cause
The date format is hardcoded to be in US format
Solution
