PXE Boot Menu missing WinPE boot option - booting using NEXT DEVICE

Problem
WINPE PXE was working now clients that attempt to PXE boot, boot straight into the Next Device boot option. PXE is installed on the DS.
Environment
DS 6.9 SP2
Cause
UNKNOWN
Solution
Attempted to turn on PXE Mgr and PXE Server logging but couldn't open the PXE Configurator afterwards. Attempted to stop the PXE services but had to PSKILL the PXE Config Helper and the PXE Manager service processes. After restarting the PXE services, the WinPE menu item was missing. PXE worked after rebuilding WINPE.
