When setting up a CMDB rule and selecting anything in the section for Target Using.  Users are unable to map columns for data classes, assocations, etc.

Data Connector 7.0





1. Create a Connector Data Source using the SQL
2. Create an import/export rule using the newly created connector Data Source to set the information you are needing to set.

Symantec is aware of the issue and is working on a resolution to be able to use a sql query with a CMDB rule.  If you are wanting to be notified when this issue is fixed please subscribe to this KB article.
