KNOWN ISSUE: DS7: "Initial Deployment" job doesn''t run after selecting it.

Problem
When we attempt Initial Deployment, we boot to WinPE, connect to the NS, the Initial Deployment menu shows, we select a menu option... and then nothing. It just "sits there" forever and doesn't time out, give an error, or otherwise. Logs show nothing we can see, nor does the Remote Trace.
This used to work with NS7 SP1, but no longer works in SP2.

NS7.0 SP2, DS7.0
Cause
Unknown at this time.
Solution
DS 7.1 no longer has this problem
