When looking at the date and time of the files on the server where the hotfix was installed, they will be converted to local time. Use the Date and Time tool provided by Windows to determine the difference between universal time and local time

Note: Storage Exec Hotfix 14 changed Storage Exec functionality to address a volume by its GUID rather than its drive letter. This was done so that Storage Exec could manage a volume mounted to a folder rather than a drive letter. Since all Storage Exec hotfixes are cumulative, after installing any hotfix subsequent to Hotfix 14, Storage Exec will not function correctly if the updated files are manually replaced by the previous version, a practice typically referred to as "back rev'ing". Therefore, after installing this hotfix, do not attempt to "back rev" the individual files in an attempt to accomplish a manual uninstallation.
