KNOWN ISSUE: Winword.exe causing high CPU utilization when Lookup option is being used

Problem
If you type something in a Word document and then highlight the text, right click on the text and select "Lookup", winword.exe takes about 50 % CPU on a dual core processor and 90% + in a single processor and it could take around 30 + seconds until the right Research pane opens. If we do the same process on a machine where MS-Office 2003 is install on the base the whole process to open the research pane takes around 3 to 5 seconds.
Environment
SWV 6.1
Windows 7 and XP
MS-Office 2003 SP3
Cause
it appears that a large number of keys being created/enumerated every time this command is run.
Solution
SWV Dev is currently researching this issue to find a solution or work around.
