Problem
VRTSfspro 5.0 patch, 121712-01 (Solaris) for internationalization issues with messages
Solution
This patch will
fix internationalization issues for the VRTSfspro package . In the Japanese
environment, VRTSfspro displays erroneous English messages instead of displaying
Japanese messages.
Installation Instructions
To check whether the patch was downloaded correctly:

uncompress fspro_284542.tar.Z
# tar xf fspro_284542.tar
# cd 121712-01

1. Before installing the patch, stop vxpal:
Find the pid of vxpal running StorageAgent by using this command:
ps -aef | grep StorageAgent
Get the pid and kill it:
kill -9 <pid of StorageAgent>
2. After installing the patch, restart vxpal:
/opt/VRTSobc/pal33/bin/vxpal -a StorageAgent

Install the patch:
# cd ..
# patchadd ./121712-01
Check installation:
# showrev -p | grep 121712
Patch: 121712-01 Obsoletes: Requires: Incompatibles: Packages: VRTSfspro
Directions for uninstalling patch:
# patchrm 121712-01
