Problem
V-218-57344-33 "The IRP (%2) is failing with error status (%3) after VxDMP has attempted to send it through all connected paths" appears in Veritas Storage Foundation for Windows
Solution
Description
Veritas DMP (Dynamic Multipathing) has attempted a path failover to each of the available paths but is unable to establish a session with the target.
Solution
Review the Windows Event Viewer for any hard disk failure or connectivity events.
