these commands to unpack the file:

This patch contains the VCS Cluster Manager (Java Console) application that
is used to manage VCS clusters. The Cluster Manager application includes an
online help system. For printed documentation, see the chapter "Administering
the cluster from Cluster Manager (Java Console)" in the Veritas Cluster Server
User's Guide, which is distributed with VCS.
BEFORE GETTING STARTED
----------------------
The application in this patch must be installed on a Windows (NT/XP/2003)
system. You can use the console to manage a cluster running VCS 5.0 for VMWare
ESX. Verify your configuration meets these requirements before installing the
application contained in this patch.
INSTALLING THIS VCS PATCH
-------------------------
1. Copy the patch archive to the Windows system where you plan to install
Cluster Manager (Java Console).
2. Extract the files contained in the archive.
3. Navigate to the "ClusterManager/EN" folder.
4. Double-click setup.exe to begin the installation.
5. Follow the wizard prompts to complete the installation of the application
on your system.
UNINSTALLING THIS VCS PATCH
---------------------------
1. Open the Add/Remove Programs control panel.
(Start --> Control Panel --> Add Remove Programs)
2. Click "Symantec Veritas Cluster Manager (Java Console)."
3. Click Remove.
4. Follow the wizard prompts to complete the removal of the software from
your computer.
