Modification Type: Addition
Modification: To change the buffer size for NDMP backups, create the following file containing the desired buffer size:
UNIX: /usr/openv/netbackup/db/config/SIZE_DATA_BUFFERS_NDMP
Windows: <install_path>\netbackup\db\config\SIZE_DATA_BUFFERS_NDMP
Possible values include:
32768 (equals 32KB)
65536 (64KB)
98304 (96KB)
131072 (128KB)
163840 (160KB)
196608 (192KB)
229376 (224KB)
262144 (256KB)
When this file is not used, the default value is used. The default value is 64512 (63KB) (through NetBackup 6.0) or 65536 (64KB) (from NetBackup 6.5).
