To which versions of Symantec Enterprise Vault (tm) can
this hotfix be applied?
This hotfix can only be applied
to the following versions of Enterprise Vault for:
Enterprise Vault Compliance
Accelerator 6.0 SP2, Build 3232
What issue does this hotfix resolve?
Deleting a folder would cause
blocking and deadlocks due to missing indexes on foreign key columns.
Which files does this hotfix replace?
ETrack1002212.sql
How to install this hotfix:
1. Make a backup of the
Compliance Customer database.
Note: Since it is
possible for more than one Compliance Customer database to exist, the following
steps should be completed for each Customer database.
2. Stop the Enterprise Vault
Accelerator Manager service.
3. Open the
ETrack1002212.sql file in SQL Query Analyzer and select the Compliance
Customer database.
4. Execute the query by clicking
Execute on the Query menu.
5. Start the Enterprise Vault
Accelerator Manager service.
