Upgrading from Enterprise Vault Lite Client to Enterprise Vault Full Client with Symantec Enterprise Vault 7.0 or later
Solution
The attached zip file contains two files:
1. Client_Upgrade.pdf
This document explains how to upgrade Enterprise Vault (EV) client extensions (that were originally installed prior to Enterprise Vault 7.0) to a different type of client extensions at Enterprise Vault 7.0 or later.
The instructions in this document relate to the MSI version of the client extensions (EVClient_<lang>.msi and EVClientHTTP_<lang>.msi), and not to the Web based self-installing client extensions (cab file).
2. EVClientxfm.mst
This transformation file is to be used in conjunction with the steps outlined in the document Client_Upgrade.pdf.
