Solution
Cannot use LiveState Recovery (LSR) 6.0 password protected images with the Physical to Virtual feature in Backup Exec System Recovery (BESR) 7.0 BESR 7.0 does support using LSR 6.0 images, but cannot use password protected images with the Physical to Virtual feature.
