Error: "An error occurred creating the configuration section handler for system.diagnostics: The type initializer for 'System.Diagnostics.SystemDiagnosticsSection' threw an exception" occur after installing Backup Exec System Recovery (BESR).

Problem
After installing Backup Exec System Recovery (BESR) and subsequent reboot the following error message occurs and unable to continue using the product:
Error
"An error occurred creating the configuration section handler for system.diagnostics: The type initializer for 'System.Diagnostics.SystemDiagnosticsSection' threw an exception"
Solution
This error usually occurs because Microsoft's .NET Framework is not installed on the client system or the .NET Framework Installation is damaged. To resolve this issue:
- Uninstall Backup Exec System Recovery
- Reboot the client system
- Re-install .NET Framework 2.0
- Re-install Backup Exec System Recovery
- Reboot the client system and launch Backup Exec System Recovery
