Solution



The issue:
The error is returned during an attempt to online the service group.
The error is caused because the file ".vcspwd" file, missing in the root home account on the local zone.

Resolution:
1. Create a new account from the Cluster Manager Java Console
2. Log into the root account from the local zone :
a. VCS_HOST="global VCS host #1"
b. export VCS_HOST
c. halogin <new_account> "<password>" - set to local <password> and the same set in setup #1 for the <new_account> user.
d. VCS_HOST="global VCS host #2"
e. export VCS_HOST
f. halogin <new_account> "<password>" - set to local <password> and the same set in setup #1 for the <new_account> user.
g. Output from command:
100 <SYSTEM_#1> <new_account> hqrMqlQknNruPtqW <-- this is the password
100 <SYSTEM_#2> <new_account> IpqLpkPjmMqtOspV

3. Place the ".vcspwd" file in the root account for all the local zones. It is not necessary to copy this file to the <new_account> account.
