Problem
After booting from Backup Exec System Recovery (BESR) System Recovery Disk (SRD) and running a restore, the job will run for a while and then throw the error: "Please insert Recovery Disk. Press OK to continue or cancel to abort."
Solution
This issue occurs because the SRD is corrupt. To resolve the problem, download a valid SRD ISO from Symantec via the link below, burn it to a CD and run the restore again.
