Event 287 - Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_tblSearchVaultsArchived'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.tblSearchVaultsArchived'.

Enterprise Vault Compliance Accelerator 7.0 SP2, Build 1031
Enterprise Vault Discovery Accelerator 7.0 SP2, Build 1031

Search(s) may hang in an 'Accepting' status.  The following event error may
also be seen:

Cause:Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_tblSearchVaultsArchived'. Cannot
insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.tblSearchVaultsArchived'.
The statement has been terminated.

This hotfix replaces an index on tblIntDiscoveredItems


How to install this hotfix:

Compliance Accelerator Server
1.  Stop the Enterprise Vault Accelerator Manager Service.

2.  Backup the Compliance Accelerator customer database.

3.  Download provided zip file using the 'Download Now' link.

4.  Open Query Analyzer and run Etrack1139393.sql against the Compliance Accelerator
customer database.

5.  Restart the Enterprise Vault Accelerator Manager Service

Discovery Accelerator Server
1.  Stop the Enterprise Vault Accelerator Manager Service.

2.  Backup the Discovery Accelerator customer database.

3.  Download provided zip file using the 'Download Now' link.

4.  Open Query Analyzer and run Etrack1139393.sql against the Discovery Accelerator
customer database.

5.  Restart the Enterprise Vault Accelerator Manager Service


How to uninstall this hotfix:

Compliance Accelerator Server
1.  Stop the Enterprise Vault Accelerator Manager Service.

2.  Restore the Compliance Accelerator customer database.

3.  Start the Enterprise Vault Accelerator Manager Service.

Discovery Accelerator Server
1.  Stop the Enterprise Vault Accelerator Manager Service.

2.  Restore the Discovery Accelerator customer database.

3.  Start the Enterprise Vault Accelerator Manager Service.
