How to install this hotfix:
Compliance Accelerator Server
1. Stop the Enterprise
Vault Accelerator Manager Service.
2. Backup the Compliance
Accelerator customer database.
3. Download provided zip
file using the 'Download Now' link.
4. Open Query Analyzer and
run Etrack1139393.sql against the Compliance Accelerator
customer database.
5. Restart the Enterprise
Vault Accelerator Manager Service
Discovery Accelerator Server
1. Stop the Enterprise
Vault Accelerator Manager Service.
2. Backup the Discovery
Accelerator customer database.
3. Download provided zip
file using the 'Download Now' link.
4. Open Query Analyzer and
run Etrack1139393.sql against the Discovery Accelerator
customer database.
5. Restart the Enterprise
Vault Accelerator Manager Service
How to uninstall this hotfix:
Compliance Accelerator
Server
1. Stop the Enterprise
Vault Accelerator Manager Service.
2. Restore the Compliance
Accelerator customer database.
3. Start the Enterprise
Vault Accelerator Manager Service.
Discovery Accelerator
Server
1. Stop the Enterprise
Vault Accelerator Manager Service.
2. Restore the Discovery
Accelerator customer database.
3. Start the Enterprise
Vault Accelerator Manager Service.
