Problem
After upgrading from NetBackup 5.X to 6.0,a Vault job runs and completes with a status 310 (Error updating EMM database)
Solution
After running Vault jobs, there are several errors in the
summary log:
Updating of Media Manager database failed (310)
Cause: The Vault jobs were configured in NetBackup (NBU) 5.X, then run in 6.0. While the Vault profiles were correct, they used 5.X naming conventions for the robotic volume groups. The vault profiles need to be rebuilt in 6.0.
