Patch Installation Instructions:

To manually apply the patch to a running VCS cluster:
1. Download the patch and copy the contents to a directory on your system.
2. Unzip the compressed patch files:
# gunzip -d *.gz
3. Extract the compressed patch files from the tar files:
# tar -xvf <filename.tar>
4. Verify that /opt/VRTS/bin is in your PATH so you can execute all the product
commands. Refer to the VCS Installation Guide for more information.
5. Verify that VCS is running.
# hasys -state
If it is not running, start VCS.
6. Change directory to the patch location.
7. Install the patch:
# patchadd 128055-01
8. After installation is complete, verify that the patch has been installed.
On each system, type:
# showrev -p | grep 128055-01
Patch Removal Instructions:

1. Verify that VCS is running.
# hagrp -state
If it is not running, start VCS.
2. Type the following command on each system:
# patchrm 128055-01
