Points to
note
You can upgrade
to Compliance Accelerator 2007 SP2 from any 7.0 or 2007
version. If you want to upgrade from Compliance Accelerator 6.0, you must
first upgrade to version 7.0 before you can apply 2007
SP2.
During the
upgrade process there are several pauses that may give the impression that it
has stopped prematurely. Symantec recommend that the upgrade is performed at a
quiet time and allowed to run through to completion. Ideally, seek the
assistance of Symantec Support when upgrading.
Running
Compliance Accelerator and Discovery Accelerator concurrently on the same
computer is not supported.
