To resolve this issue please download the attached file CCER-rollup-fix_295786.zip and follow the steps below on the CCER server.

The resolution is specific to the CCS version on the CCS Management Server. Please use the instructions for the specific version.

CCS_4.3
1) Extract the attached file CCER-rollup-fix_295786.zip into a temp directory, for example /tmp where it will create child directories.
2) Back up existing files
cp -r /opt/VRTSccer/etl/db_source_scripts/ccstor_4_3 /opt/VRTSccer/etl/db_source_scripts/ccstor_4_3.org
cp -r /opt/VRTSccer/etl/rollup_process/scripts/dbimport /opt/VRTSccer/etl/rollup_process/scripts/dbimport.org
3) Copy the new files extracted from /tmp
cp -r /tmp/er-rollup-fix/ccstor_4_3/* /opt/VRTSccer/etl/db_source_scripts/ccstor_4_3
cp /tmp/er-rollup-fix/dbimport/* /opt/VRTSccer/etl/rollup_process/scripts/dbimport
4) Update the CCS database with these SQL scripts.
cd /opt/VRTSccer/bin
. ./setenv.sh
Note: the preceding period (.) is required to source the environment.
./set_rollup_source.sh ccstor_4_3 <CCStor server FQDN> <CCStor server FQDN> sahara st0ne ccstor veritas_dbms_<CCStor server short name>
5) Restart roll up.
Note:See description below.

CCS_5.0
1) Extract the attached file CCER-rollup-fix_295786.zip into a temp directory, for example /tmp where it will create child directories.
2) Back up existing files
cp -r /opt/VRTSccer/etl/db_source_scripts/ccstor_5_0 /opt/VRTSccer/etl/db_source_scripts/ccstor_5_0.org
cp -r /opt/VRTSccer/etl/rollup_process/scripts/dbimport /opt/VRTSccer/etl/rollup_process/scripts/dbimport.org
3) Copy the new files extracted from /tmp
cp -r /tmp/er-rollup-fix/ccstor_5_0/* /opt/VRTSccer/etl/db_source_scripts/ccstor_5_0
cp /tmp/er-rollup-fix/dbimport/* /opt/VRTSccer/etl/rollup_process/scripts/dbimport
4) Update the CCS database with these SQL scripts.
cd /opt/VRTSccer/bin
. ./setenv.sh
Note: the preceding period (.) is required to source the environment.
./set_rollup_source.sh ccstor_5_0 <CCS_5.0 server FQDN> <CCS_5.0 server FQDN> sahara st0ne ccstor veritas_dbms3_<CCStor server short name>
5) Restart roll up.
Restarting a CCER rollup manually
start Rollup again from the CCER-WEB-GUI
Login to the web GUI
Click the Settings tab then the Data Rollup Configuration selection and choose Data Sources
