Problem
Backup Exec for Windows Servers Installation fails with the error :
Failed to install SQL Express BKUPEXEC instance error 1402.
Error
Failed to install SQL Express BKUPEXEC instance error 1402.
Cause
The SQL Native Client is corrupt
Solution
- Uninstall the SQL Native Client through Add or Remove Programs and then attempt to reinstall Backup Exec.
