I. Device
Driver Installation

Storage Device
Driver Installation Instructions for Windows 2000 or later, (x86-32 bit)
platform:
Note: This
device driver installation package supports Backup Exec 11d (11.0) for Windows
Servers build 7170. The device driver installation packages are cumulative and
include the contents of all previously released DDIs. Therefore, previous DDIs
are not needed to be installed. Your device may require that you download and
install this DDI, but it is RECOMMENDED that the latest DDI is always used. When
a new DDI is installed, it is required that Intelligent Disaster Recovery users
regenerate the IDR boot media.
To install
storage device driver files, follow the instructions given below:
1. Double-click
the be7170RHF37_32bit_300325.exe file. This will start the installation process.
2. If prompted
with a Hardware Installation screen from Microsoft stating this driver has not
passed the Microsoft Logo testing please press "Continue Anyway". If "STOP
Installation" is pressed the drivers will not be upgraded.
3. Click
Finish.
4. Reboot if
prompted.
5. Storage
device drivers have now been updated.
