V-225-95: ERROR: VerifyJobsRunning failed with a value of 1602 occurs when attempting to run LiveUpdate from Backup Exec for Windows Servers (BEWS)
Error
V-225-95: ERROR: VerifyJobsRunning failed with a value of 1602
Cause
This issue occurs because the program was attempting to download and install Backup Exec Patches when a backup job is running.
Solution
Backup Exec may not be updated while an operation is in progress; apply updates manually, correct the LiveUpdate schedule or manually run LiveUpdate at a time when backup jobs are not running.
