Problem
Error 4001: cannot connect client pc with client id
Solution
Within
LiveState Recovery Manager, an error of "Error 4001: cannot connect client pc
with client id 79zvzjsz configuration server" is seen.
Verify that
the LiveState Recovery Manager Windows Agent is installed on the machine. It is
usually represented by a stoplight icon by the system clock on the machine in
question.
Need to
remove LiveState Recovery Manager Windows Agent.
Open a DOS
window and navigate to C:\_integra\bin
Run
C:\_integra\bin\datool -x
This will
immediately remove the LiveState Recovery Manager Windows Agent and cause the
machine to reboot to fully uninstall the agent.
