This is a rolling patch for Veritas Volume Manager 5.0MP2 on linux.
This patch can only be installed on top of the following:
VERITAS Volume Manager 5.0MP2
VERITAS Storage Foundation 5.0MP2
For incident list and all other instructions, please refer to sf_readfirst.pdf.
For installation, use the following commands:
(RHEL 4)
# rpm -ev VRTSvxvm-platform
# rpm -ev VRTSvxvm-common
# rpm -ihv VRTSvxvm-common-5.0.20.10-MP2RP1_RHEL4.i686.rpm
# rpm -ihv VRTSvxvm-platform-5.0.20.10-MP2RP1_RHEL4.x86_64.rpm
(SLES 9)
# rpm -ev VRTSvxvm-platform
# rpm -ev VRTSvxvm-common
# rpm -ihv VRTSvxvm-common-5.0.20.10-MP2RP1_SLES9.i586.rpm
# rpm -ihv VRTSvxvm-platform-5.0.20.10-MP2RP1_SLES9.x86_64.rpm
Specify the appropriate RPMs for your systems.
