Cause

This could be a cause because the WSS_Service database was moved to another SQL instance. Sharepoint looks for the database in order to resolve credentials.

The debug above shows that we are looking for the database. Please check the location of all Sharepoint databases and verify the location.

Solution

1. Check the SQL Enterprise Administrator console

2. Check the location of WSS_Service database

3. Change to correct location

4. Add the server Farm again within Backup Exec User Interface (UI)
