Problem
Following error is observed while launching the DLO Console for the first time after installing Backup Exec DLO or the Symantec Desktop and Laptop Option 7.0
Error
Error V-139-57364-16 Operation aborted. Could not load the DLL XPDLOShareu.dll, or one of the DLLs it references. Reason: 5 (Access is denied.)
Cause
This is caused by Sophos Antivirus or another anti-virus application not allowing Backup Exec to register the XPDLOShareu.dll file.
Solution
1. Stop the anti-virus service.
2. Open the DLO console and log in to register the XPDLOShareu.dll file.
3. Restart the anti-virus service.
