Issue



Following error is observed while launching the DLO Console for the first time after installing DLO 2010 or the DLO 7.0


Error



Error V-139-57364-16 or V-139-57364-16 Operation aborted. Could not load the DLL XPDLOShareu.dll, or one of the DLLs it references. Reason: 5 (Access is denied.)


Cause



This is caused by Sophos Antivirus or another anti-virus application not allowing Backup Exec to register the XPDLOShareu.dll file.
 


Solution




1. Stop the anti-virus service.

2. Open the DLO console and log in to register the XPDLOShareu.dll file.

3. Restart the anti-virus service.

Note: Kindly take all necessary actions before stopping the anti-virus application services. If needed consult with your Server Administrator.
