BUG REPORT: PureDisk Remote Office Edition versions 6.5 through 6.5.0.1 have an issue where a heavily stressed PureDisk Content Router service (pdcr) may go to an 'unused' state, consequently the Content Router will stop accepting backup data.

Solution

BUG: Etrack 1237031 - "Heavy stressed spoold crashing presumably because of curl issues"

SYMPTOM(S):
PureDisk versions 6.5 through 6.5.0.1 have an issue where a heavily stressed PureDisk Content Router service (pdcr) may go to an 'unused' state, consequently the Content Router will stop accepting backup data.

- Confirm the ContentRouter service is in an "unused" state (down) via '/etc/init.d/puredisk status' command (as long as the content router is down, no backup data can be written).

LOG FILE(S):
- Confirm that spoold reports a segmentation fault/crash by tailing the /Storage/log/spoold.log:
September 03 19:15:12 TRACE [1074268480]: SignalClass: __sigChild, got signal 17
