SYMPTOM(S):
PureDisk
versions 6.5 through 6.5.0.1 have an issue where a heavily stressed PureDisk
Content Router service (pdcr) may go to an 'unused' state, consequently the
Content Router will stop accepting backup data.
- Confirm
the ContentRouter service is in an "unused" state (down) via
'/etc/init.d/puredisk status' command (as long as the content router is down, no
backup data can be written).

that spoold reports a segmentation fault/crash by tailing the
/Storage/log/spoold.log:

WORKAROUND:
Simply
restart pdcr from PDOS command-line on the affected Content Router:
/etc/init.d/puredisk
