Problem
Unable to copy jobs from one media server to another media server.
Error
Final error: 0xe0008819 - Cannot use the specified Backup Exec logon account to access the target computer. Create or select another Backup Exec logon account to access this computer

Cause
This issue may occur if the credentials supplied for copying jobs cannot be authenticated.
Solution
-- Make sure the copy is attempted only on the Mediaservers with the same version of Backup Exec.
