Problem
Multiple backup jobs targeted to a partition shows the status "Ready, No Idle Devices found" even if a drive is available after installing the LEO License in a Multi Drive Robotic Library
Solution
This usually happens if the Partition was configured to use only 1 drive before updating the Backup Exec for Windows Servers Library Expansion Option license as shown in Figure 1:

Resolution -
Step 1:
Click on the Devices Tab on The Backup Exec User Interface
Step 2:
Under the <Server Name>, expand the partition which does not show both the drives
Step 3:
Right Click on the partition - Chose the option "Add Device" (As shown in Figure 2)

Step 4:
Place a check mark on the drive to add to the device pool of that partition (As shown in Figure 3)

Step 5:
Restart the Backup Exec Services . Check if both the drives show under the partition (As shown in Figure 4).
