Issue:
After configuring Blat and Nbmail properly, email notifications are still not being sent.
Resolution:
If Blat and NetBackup are configured properly for e-mail notifications, but the notifications are still not being received, ensure all of your clients have "Server sends mail" selected under Host Properties, Universal Settings.
Use the following instructions to verify this setting is correct for all clients:
1. Go to Host Properties and choose Clients.
2. Select the top client while holding Shift and then select the bottom client in the list, this will select all of the clients.
3. With all the clients highlighted, right-click on one of them and select "Properties".
(Note: This can take several minutes depending on the number of clients in your environment.)
4. Go to the Universal Settings section and ensure "Server sends mail" is selected, click Apply.
