Prerequisites
- Before installing this hotfix, Service Pack 2 must be installed.  Service Pack 2 can be obtained here:  www.symantec.com/docs/TECH63545
- Administrative privileges are required to install this hotfix.

Post requisites
- Remote Agent for Windows Servers will need to be updated after installing this hotfix.
