Problem
Unable to see the resources (Drives and System State) under backup selections for a remote server.
Cause
The media server is attempting to connect to the target machine's iSCSI connection.
Solution
Open the network connections window. Click on Advanced options-->Advanced settings. Change the LAN connection to the first priority and restart the Backup Exec Remote Agent Service on the remote machine.
