Solution



The above error appears during an offsite copy operation to a File Transfer Protocol (FTP) location with Backup Exec System Recovery (BESR). This issue occurs when there is insufficient free space on the FTP server to store the recovery points. The error message does not clearly specify the cause of the problem.
 
Solution:
Make sure that the FTP location has sufficient free space to hold the files being transferred.
