Details:
PDDO backups to PureDisk versions 6.5 through 6.5.0.1 fail status 84 "CRITICAL BPTM(PID=6904) IMAGE WRITE FAILED: ERROR -1: PLUGIN ERROR" / "Error bptm(pid=6904) cannot write image to disk, Invalid argument" due to zero byte header issue.

Logging:
NetBackup bptm log will report zero byte header:

Symantec Corporation is committed to product quality and satisfied customers. This issue is currently being considered by Symantec to be addressed in PureDisk Release Update 6.5.1 (which includes an updated PDDO plugin):
