GENERAL ERROR: Image Cleanup are completing with Status 47 Host Unreachable.
ERROR CODE/MESSAGE:
Status 1 - the requested operation was partially successful
Fragments were not removed. Server <NAME> is not available (228)
Error nbdelete(pid=3020) Fragments were not removed. Server is invalid (37)
ENVIRONMENT/CONDITIONS:
This will occur if a media server was removed from a NetBackup environment without following the decommissioning procedure. NetBackup will not be able to communicate with the media server to expire the images from the environment.

SOLUTION/WORKAROUND:
To resolve this issue run the following command:
nbdelete -allvolumes -force
Located:
UNIX: /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/admincmd/
Windows: <INSTALL PATH>\netbackup\bin\admincmd
Verify that the image no longer exists in the NetBackup Database.
If the above command does not resolve the issue, contact NetBackup support to assist with creation of an SQL script to remove the left over information from the EMM database.
