Problem
Cannot delete phantom drive from the EMM database.
Solution
ISSUE:
Cannot
delete phantom drive from the Enterprise Media Manager (EMM) database.
Post 6.5.2,
a new command was added to clean up phantom devices in EMM.
WARNING: This
is a powerful command and must be used with caution. This command will remove
all records for an entire media server in EMM.
