Problem
Hotfix for Enterprise Vault 2007 Service Pack 3 (SP3), Build 2138 and Enterprise Vault Compliance Accelerator 2007 SP3, build 5169, transaction resolver functioning very slow.

This hotfix can only be applied
to the following version of Enterprise Vault:
Enterprise Vault 2007 SP3,
build 2138
What issue does this hotfix resolve?
Statistical random sampling
process does not complete due to slow performance of
usps_SavesetIdentifiers Stored Procedure(SP) in the vaultStore database
resolving the saveset ids for the items to be added to the review. The
slow performance of the stored procedure has only been observed in SQL 2000 SP4
server.

What files does this hotfix replace?
A new SQL script "753-0309
usps_SavesetIdentifiers.sql" has been created to update the
usps_SavesetIdentifiers SP in the vault store database.
How to intall this hotfix:
1. Backup the vault store
databases.
2. Run sql script
"753-0309 usps_SavesetIdentifiers.sql" against each vault store
database.
How to uninstall this hotfix:
1. Restore the backup copy
of the vault store database.
Note: This issue has been addressed
as part of the following release:
